Q: What is EZ-Biz?
A: We are a group of successful Network Marketers joined together as a team to make money
     online and to help others do the same. The Synergy we create provides the identity, influence and
     resources we need to become successful.  Our goal is to provide you with Ethical, Legal and
     Profitable access to on-line business without the worry of misconception.

Q: What does it cost to join EZ-Biz?
A: EZ-Biz has a 30 day Trial Period that will cost you $5.00.  After the 30 day Trial, you will
     automatically be billed $30.00 per month.  You can Cancel your Trial membership any time
     during the 30 days and terminate your membership.  The $5.00 is non-refundable.  During the Trial
     Membership you will have full access to our Tools, Training, Webinars, Advertising Aids, and
     Support.  We charge the $5.00 to discourage those that would take advantage of our facilities
    during that period and to give you the ability to evaluate our system.  EZ-Biz uses 18 different
    Servers to provide our members with the best marketing facility on the Internet.  That's why we are
    rated Number One in our industry.

Q: I'm new to the Internet and to Network Marketing, is this something I can do successfully?

A: Absolutely, our system is designed for people just like you.  We have all the Training, Tools and
     Support  you'll ever need to be successful.  In addition, you will have the help of many Internet
     and Marketing Experts in your up-line that will assist you by using our amazing communication
     program called "TeamSpeak".  With a little effort on your part, it won't take you long to join the
     very few that really make money on the Internet.

Q: How do I Join EZ-Biz?
A:  Joining EZ-Biz is easy ! Just Click Here and Join as a Trial Member, then upgrade to Full
      if you wish .  Be sure your information is correct because this Data will be used in the EZ-Biz
      marketing system later.  When you complete the form and/or payment, hit the submit button and
      the system will send you an Activation email.  Be sure to click on the Activation Link in this
      email or you won't be able to Login to your Member Area.  Be sure to read all the text information
      during this procedure.  It's that Simple!  If you joined as a Trial Member, you will receive a receipt
      from PayPal.

Q: I Joined today and Paid, but when I try to Login I get a Pop Up window
     that says, "Fail - No Key or Cookies Not Enabled".  Why is this happening?
     How can I fix this?

: If you are using an Internet Explorer Browser with Vista or Win7, your 3rd party cookies
     will need to be enabled to correct this!

     To Fix this:
     1. Click on your browsers Tools Menu
     2. then select Internet Options
     3. Select the privacy Tab at the top of the Internet Options window
     4. then adjust the Internet Zone setting to "Low or Accept All Cookies"

     The system places a cookie in your database when you Join and uses it to identify you as a
     Paid Member. No matter what browser you are using, the 3rd party cookies must be enabled.

Q:  Is EZ-Biz mainly for USA residents or is it totally international ?
A:  EZ-Biz is a Non-Profit International Organization.  Three of our associate companies are
      International, ( IVV), (XC) and (EZ-SafeList).  Many of our members use EZ-Biz to build their
      list, but most join one of our associate companies and make money.  It's their choice! 
      We exist to help others participate in the online business arena without the threat of SCAMS
      and dishonest people using the internet to take advantage of people in need.  By providing safe
      alternatives, support and training to our members, we all benefit.

Q: I keep hearing about TeamSpeak - What is it?
A: TeamSpeak is proprietary Voice over IP software that allows users to speak on a chat channel
     with other users, much like a telephone conference call or Skype, except it can accommodate
     up to 5,000 international users.

Q: How much will TeamSpeak 3 cost me?
A: EZ-Biz TeamSpeak 3 is Free of charge to all members.

Q: What is VoIP?
A: Also known as IP telephone, VoIP is short for "Voice Over Internet Protocol" and is an Internet
     protocol that enables users to make 2-way calls over the Internet.

Q: Why do I need TeamSpeak 3 and how will it help me?
A: TeamSpeak 3 is a communication tool that uses the Internet as a highway for delivering clear
     communication. This is an efficient method that EZ-Biz work groups use to increase efficiency in
     their business and train their members, not to mention getting to know their associates personally.
     With businesses being spread out to so many sites, it is no wonder that there is always a new
     search for better communication options. There are many ways that teams communicate between
     Businesses, Investment Groups and Websites. TeamSpeak 3 is one of the best!  We use it
     extensively.

Q: Where is the EZ-Biz Website and TeamSpeak 3 Server Located?
A: We have a very powerful Dedicated Server located in Houston, TX that is provided by "Host
     Gator". Our server has Fiber Optic high speed OC192 Internet access throughout the world. Our
     connection to the Internet is very fast and very reliable.

Q: How do I sign up for TeamSpeak 3?
A: When you join EZ-Biz, you automatically qualify to use our TeamSpeak 3 server. 
     Once you install the TeamSpeak 3 client properly on your computer, you will need to Login and
     wait for the Admin to upgrade your member level to EZ-Biz Member status .  Complete Step
     by Step instructions on how to setup and use TeamSpeak 3 are located in your Back Office under
     the "Resource$" Tab.

Q: Do you use SKYPE to communicate with your members?
A: Yes, all our members have direct access to the Admin Via Skype.  This is only available to
      EZ-Biz Members and is used primarily for emergency assistance.  (Voice & Text)
      Instructions on how to connect with the EZ-Biz Admin on Skype can be found in the
      EZ-Biz Back Office under the "Resource$" Tab.

Q: What Languages do you support?
      Currently only English, but this may change in the immediate future.  Most of our members
      outside the United States use Text Translation.

Q: Can I attend one of your Training Webinars before I Join the EZ-Biz Team?
A: No, Sorry but our Training Webinars are part of the benefits of being an EZ-Biz Member.

Q: Are there other groups or teams on the Internet like the EZ-Biz Team?
A: As far as we know EZ-Biz is the only Marketing Support Team on the Internet that provide its
     Members with an extensive on-line Pro-Marketing system like this.

Q: I registered with EZ-Biz but I can't Login - What did I do wrong?
A: When you filled out the Registration Form the System and your Sponsor both sent you a welcome
     email.  There is an Activation Link in each of these emails for you to click on that will validate
     your membership.  If you do not click on this link or you can't find either email, the system
     will not let you Login.  Check your Junk/Bulk email, otherwise you will have to re-submit
     your application.  Try White-Listing admin@ezbizteam.com just to make sure.  Using a Gmail
     account many times will solve this problem.

Q: When I try to fill out the registration form I get errors, but I'm filling it out correctly, Why?
A: This is generally caused by Cookies or Temp Files in your Browser interfering with the Form.
     Try clearing your Cookies and Temporary Files or closing your browser and reloading it.  If
      this doesn't work, reboot your computer and try again.  If all else fails, email the Admin.

Q: Can I use EZ-Biz to advertise my own business?
A: EZ-Biz is set up to advertise itself and its Affiliate companies using our special landing
     pages and banners, however we have hundred of tools and professional training to aid you
     in Building your List, Branding yourself and Promoting your own Businesses.
